My work spans solution architecture, technical leadership and hands-on delivery. I help teams frame the real decision, choose the simplest suitable combination of conventional software, automation and AI, and build the controls needed to operate it responsibly.
Current interests include governed agentic platforms, durable execution, identity and authorisation, operational recovery, and cost-aware AI adoption.
